Please note that exchanges will only be permitted if the customer receives the wrong order.

If by chance you do receive the wrong order, please e-mail to notify us of the situation. Hair must be in its original packaging and untampered with.

** Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
** If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you file a claim without emailing or speaking to us prior, your order will be canceled and you will NOT receive a refund. If any fraudulent activity is suspected, please contact us first to resolve. Please remember all sales are final and any claims will be disputed promptly and reversed.
